Great linen sheets aren't for everyone and sometimes it's really hard to convince people that they need to have a set-- until they try them!

I live in the Pacific Northwest and it really only gets hot here in July and August. And that's when it's time to unfold the linen sheets! If you've ever stayed in an old European hotel in the summer, especially in the south, you've probably slept on old linen sheets and wondered about the different feeling.

It's really hard to describe, but an old, washed-and-dried-a-hundred-times linen shirt comes close. The sheets aren't particularly light weight, but there is a softness, combined with a coolness that makes them perfect for sultry summer nights. I also suggest not worrying too much about wrinkles, because as the sheets get broken in over many washings, the wrinkles just sort of disappear.
