Shipping

  • All shipments from French Quarter Linens are sent via UPS.

  • Some shipments may be shipped to customers directly from our vendors using other carriers.

  • We will attempt to make one shipment per order, but an order may arrive in multiple shipments and at different flat $10 shipping fee per order, regardless of the size or dollar amount of your order.

  • Expedited 1 to 3 day delivery is available (and required for Alaska and Hawaii) and the customer will be charged only the actual amount of shipping.

  • Swatches will be sent via US Mail and postage is included in the refundable swatch price.


    Sales Tax
    We live and operate in one of the last states in the US that has no sales tax!

    This means that, for now, we can ship tax-free anywhere in the US.


    Charging Your Credit Card
    Because of the highly specialized nature of our business, your credit card will not be charged until product leaves our warehouse or the warehouse of one of our vendors. Backorders will not be charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
