Order information:
After you have placed an order on our secure server, you will receive an
automatic email message confirming receipt of your order. Items that are
currently in stock will be packaged and shipped from French Quarter within 3
business days. Depending on the shipping address, UPS Ground will take
approximately 2-7 business days to arrive.
The fine linens we sell are often manufactured in limited runs, and overseas.
You will be notified by email of any back-ordered or out-of-stock merchandise
within 3 days of placing your order, and we will keep you informed of your
order status. Merchandise which is out-of-stock at our Distribution Center, yet
in stock at our vendors can be shipped to arrive to you within 2-4 weeks.
Back-Ordered merchandise (which our vendors have not yet received from the
fabric mills) will be given an estimated date of arrival. You many cancel
orders for delayed or back-ordered items at anytime before shipping by calling
or emailing with your order confirmation number. You will not be charged for
out-of-stock or back ordered merchandise until it is shipped to you.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes are sometimes related
to fluctuations in the Euro for goods manufactured overseas.
Every effort is made to assure that pricing on our website is accurate.
However, if we make an error in pricing, the customer will be notified of the
correct price and given the opportunity to purchase or cancel the items at the
correct price.
Items which appear on web pages that are cached by our
customers on their computers, with their Internet Service Providers or on other
websites, may contain obsolete or incorrect prices, and will not be honored.
Please refresh web pages to ensure that you have an up-to-date copy of the web
page which includes current pricing.
If you find a lower price anywhere else on a new, identical item, just let us
know where. We will be happy to match the price!

Orders will be filled within 72 hours of receipt and sent to you vis UPS
Ground. Depending on the shipping address, UPS Ground will take approximately
3-10 business days to arrive. Shipping charges for UPS Ground to the
contiguous 48 states are as follows:

Sales tax will be added to Washington orders only.
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied for any
reason, please return unused, unwashed merchandise in its original packaging,
along with product inserts and tags, and with the Return Receipt, within 30
days. Returned merchandise must be new and unused, and not handled in a way
that would prevent us from selling it to our customers as a first quality
product.

On the Return Receipt, please indicate your reason for return, and your
instructions re: exchange or refund. Please keep the top portion of the Return
Receipt for your records. We recommend insuring your return packages. Shipping
costs will not be refunded on returns and applicable shipping charges will
apply to exchanges.

Returns due to Manufacturing Defects
French Quarter Linens will replace or refund your merchandise against
manufacturer defects for up to six months. French Quarter will reimburse or
incur all shipping costs due to manufacturer defects.
French Quarter Linens values your privacy and security. We do not share, sell
or exchange personal information with third parties. Information you enter
during registration or ordering will be kept confidential. Credit card
transactions are secured through 128bit SSL encryption.
We would like to send occasional promotional information to you via email, a
few times a year. If you prefer not to receive our email communications, please
send us email with “Opt-out” in the subject line. We will delete your email
address from our email list within 4 weeks.
