Colors & TexturesWe are continually working to improve and upgrade our web photography, which is critically important to our business.
Accurate color and texture registration is difficult to achieve on the web because of the variety of monitors, settings and light conditions under which customers look at our products.
Most of our items are available in a
Swatch Sample for $5 and are available for order in the Browse & Shop sections throughout the site. We will send as many of these swatches as you like. Return the swatches to us for a full refund, or apply the amount paid for the swatches to an order.
Sales TaxWe live and operate in one of the last states in the US that has no sales tax!
This means that, for now, we can ship tax-free anywhere in the US.
Charging Your Credit CardBecause of the highly specialized nature of our business, your credit card will not be charged until product leaves our warehouse or the warehouse of one of our vendors. Backorders will not be charged to your credit card until they are shipped.

Return PolicyOur goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases.
If you are not satisfied with an item(s) that you have purchased online, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other charges.
The item(s) must be unused and returned in salable condition, in the original packaging, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
Items returned after 14 days of receipt will be refunded with store credit.
Custom orders may not be returned or exchanged and include product from Leitner, NC Souther and Anichini; custom sizing; custom fabrication and sewing; California King, Full and Twin sizes; cut fabric yardage; special order bedskirts; mattresses and mattress pads; down pillows and duvets.
French Quarter Linens guarantees the quality of manufacturing six months from date of purchase, but is not responsible for defects due to laundering appliances, products and other household or cosmetic chemicals.

Enclose a copy of the packing list or receipt with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list or receipt for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
All products must be unused and returned in salable condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Ground or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
We suggest getting a shipment tracking number and keeping it until your return is settled.
Once your return in received and reviewed, you can expect a refund within seven days. All returns and exchanges are subject to French Quarter Linens approval. Customers will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Fulfillment
With the inventory of three stores at our disposal, we will make every attempt to fill your order quickly with our existing inventory.
Many of our products may ship directly to customers from one of our vendors for many reasons, including:
French Quarter Linens is out of stock on a particular item.
Shipment from a vendor may result in a quicker delivery to a customer due to geography.
Bulk and size, such as duvets, pillows, featherbed, mattresses, etc.
We deem it prudent to have all items picked from a vendor warehouse at the same time to avoid dye lot variations.
We will notify customers via email of the anticipated number of packages to expect. Please note that packages may arrive at different times and from different locations.
Backorders
As hard as we try to completely fulfill our customers' orders, backorders are a regular part of our business. We ask for your patience in this annoying and frustrating matter.
Generally, we can have most products to you within two to three weeks. It can sometimes happen, however, that flat and fitted sheets are in stock and pillow cases are back ordered; or vice versa. You may be offering a gift, for example, and we have entire bed ensemble except for an important pillow sham.
Again, we ask for your patience and we will make every effort to keep you informed of the status of the backorder, and please know that we will be doing everything we can behind the scenes to make sure your order if fulfilled as quickly as possible.
There are many points in the life of our products that French Quarter Linens has no control over, and through the years we've experienced them all, including:
Hot selling products sell out quickly and must be re-woven, re-sewn, and re-shipped which, depending on the country and other issues, may take four to six months.
Expediency has different meanings in different cultures!
A fabric may be woven and sewn and the be discovered to have a dye lot problem, a finishing problem or a defective problem.
Fabrics and finished goods simply disappear or get lost. (Once a truck full of fabric was stolen at gunpoint and never recovered!)
Paperwork gets lost.
Mistakes are made. Most of the companies we deal with are considered to be small businesses, just like ourselves, and much of the work is done by real people who make real mistakes...... all the time!

Many European factories are closed in August for holiday.
